In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the Buyer shall have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Experience Gift to exercise their right of withdrawal from an online purchase, without needing to provide any reason or pay penalties. This right of withdrawal does not apply to in-store purchases or online purchases made using credit issued by the Company following an exchange.

The Buyer must send a clear and unambiguous statement expressing their decision to withdraw from the online purchase, either by email or by post to the addresses above.
The following information must be included in the communication:
– Full name of the Buyer
– Order number
– Name of the person who received the gift voucher
– Gift Voucher number
Once the Company receives the withdrawal request, it will immediately send the Buyer an acknowledgment of receipt via a durable medium (e.g., email).
Any withdrawal exercised under the terms of this policy will result in a full refund of all amounts paid, including standard shipping charges, within fourteen (14) days from the date the Buyer notified the Company of their decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made at no cost to the Buyer, using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to a different refund method in advance.
