Charters are limited to a maximum duration of 8 hours, with the vessel required to return to the port by 9:00 PM. Exceptions apply for special sunset cruises.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as easterly winds exceeding 20 knots or rain, the charterer will have the right to reschedule their rental day at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, the charter may be canceled free of charge.
